Meatlocker Seven

A buddy of mine from work used to drum for a band called Meatlocker Seven. Last night was their farewell gig at Lucky Bar. Yours truly went down and hung out with all the metalheads. If you haven't heard of Meatlocker Seven, the music they play is pretty much what you'd imagine from their name LOL. It was loud, fast, and hard. Also it was pretty fuckin' good. I was kind of tentative about going down, seeing as I'm such an old fart LOL, but I had a GREAT time. Thanks Skip, for comping me the tickets, and YOU ROCK!!! Took me back to the 80's, when I still had hair (LOTS of hair), and metal was my music of choice. Did a bit of moshing, just to say I did. Flashed "the horns" and let down my hair (wait, I have no hair). Good times, good fun, and now all I need is a couple of days to recuperate and I'll be back to normal LOL. My recovery rate seems to take a lot longer these days LOL.
